About the program
The course is aimed at specialists involved in business modeling, description and optimization of business processes, interested in increasing the transparency, controllability and efficiency of an enterprise, business process, or structural unit. The course examines modern business process modeling methodologies supported by the MS Office Visio software product (hereinafter referred to as MS Visio), as well as business models used at the stages of analysis and optimization of business processes.
