Section I. Fundamentals of Business Analysis (8 training hours)
Topic 1.1. The role of a business analyst in a project: tasks, area of ​​responsibility, interaction with the team, key artifacts
Topic 1.2. Requirements: levels and types (business, user, functional, non-functional), requirements life cycle
Topic 1.3. Quality of requirements: criteria, typical errors and ways to eliminate them
Topic 1.4. Requirements management: tracing, working with changes, prioritization

Section II. Organization of effective work with AI for a business analyst (8 training hours)
Topic 2.1. Introduction to AI for the Business Analyst. Registration and getting started
Topic 2.2. Prompt engineering for business analysis tasks: requirements, interviews, user stories, processes, prototypes
Topic 2.3. Limitations and risks of AI: errors, hallucinations, privacy issues and working with NDAs

Section III. Application of AI in Business Analysis: Project Work (16 teaching hours)
Topic 3.1. Identification of a business problem and formation of the Vision & Scope of the project
Topic 3.2. Gathering requirements: conducting interviews with stakeholders, recording information, primary analysis using AI tools
Topic 3.3. Structuring and classification of requirements: business / user / functional / non-functional
Topic 3.4. Formation of User Stories and Use Cases with subsequent validation
Topic 3.5. Modeling of business processes and user scenarios (BPMN, CJM) with AI support
Topic 3.6. Interface prototyping: sketching and generating prototypes using AI tools
Topic 3.7. Detailing requirements down to the level of functional and non-functional specifications, checking completeness and consistency

Section IV. Implementation of the project and presentation of results (4 academic hours)
Topic 4.1. Preparation of specification (SRS): structuring project artifacts and documentation
Topic 4.2. MVP generation (vibe coding) and project protection: demonstration of the solution, artifacts and implementation logic
