In total, he has 72 publications, including articles in foreign (Poland, Ukraine, Russia) and Belarusian journals, reports at International scientific-practical and scientific-methodological conferences (Belarus, Ukraine, Germany, Russia, USA), a teaching aid with stamp of Educational-Methodical Association on education in the field of computer science and radio electronics. Andrei Savenko was born on July 30, 1989 in the city of Minsk. Laureate of the Prize of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for Social Support of Gifted Pupils and Students (2007). Laureate of the International Prize Herbert Hoover Young Engineer Award (2007), finalist of the Intel ISEF international competition, laureate of the Francisk Skorina personal scholarship (2011-2012). Silver (based on the results of 2021 in the category "Scientists") and bronze (based on the results of 2019 in the category "Postgraduate Students") winner of the competition-review "Best Young Scientist of BSUIR". Awarded an honorary diploma from BSUIR for achieving high performance in scientific and innovative activities (2022).

Education
From 2007 to 2012 he was a student of the Faculty of Computer Design of BSUIR.
In 2013 he graduated from the BSUIR master's program. Master of Engineering Science.
In 2021, he graduated from the postgraduate study at BSUIR (specialty "Mathematical modeling, numerical methods and program complexes", "Mathematical and software support of computers, complexes and computer networks"). Awarded the scientific qualification of a Researcher of technical sciences.

He has been working at BSUIR since 2010.
2012 to 2018 - Assistant of the Department of Industrial Electronics, IIT BSUIR.
From 2018 to 2019 - Senior Lecturer at the Department of Industrial Electronics, IIT BSUIR.
From 2019 to the present - Senior lecturer at the Department of Information Systems and Technologies, IIT BSUIR.
Since December 2019, he has been appointed Vice-Head of the UNESCO Chair "Professional Education in the Field of Information and Communication Technologies for Persons with Special Needs" of the IIT BSUIR.
